My recent stay at this hotel in Budapest exceeded all expectations. Not only was the location ideal, just a short bus and tram ride to the city center, but the newly renovated bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. The private parking at the back was convenient, ensuring a stress-free stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist Laszlo, who not only helped me find a lost ring but also went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His excellent English skills and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. The attention to detail, from the clean towels and bed linens to the comfortable beds, showcased a commitment to excellence that is truly commendable. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Budapest.
